Server Maintenance for Security Patch

Rackspace notified us that they will be performing critical maintenance of all their cloud servers this week. The maintenance affecting our servers will take place and rebooted in the time period between Tuesday March 3, 8:00pm to Wednesday March 4, 4:00am PST, a more precise timeframe based on service will be provided below.

The reboot should only take a couple minutes per server and all websites should come back online on their own. But we will be monitoring the process and will respond to any problems ASAP.

This maintenance is necessary in order to respond to a several critical Xen hypervisor vulnerabilities. It will affect different servers at different times, during the entire timeframe of Tuesday March 3, 8:00pm to Wednesday March 4, 4:00am PST, all users may experience a brief period of slow performance and a less likely chance of server interruption.

Users with websites on servers web001 and web007 will have the servers reboot and a momentary interruption of service between Tuesday March 3, 8:00pm to 10:00pm PST.

Users with websites on servers web004web005 and web006 will have the servers reboot and a momentary interruption of service between Tuesday March 3, 10:00pm to Wednesday March 4, 12:00am PST.

Users with websites on servers web002 and web003 will have the servers reboot and a momentary interruption of service between Wednesday March 4, 12:00am to 2:00am PST.

Those using our MLS/IDX feature may also have a brief interruption between the timeframe of Tuesday March 3, 10:00pm to Wednesday March 4, 12:00am PST.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have no control over this. These steps are being taken by the worlds most reliable and trusted hosting providers because they are absolutely necessary in order to keep the cloud servers functioning stable and secure.

Thanks for your patience.
