You can use the Gutensite website builder to create new websites with our free templates or your own customized private templates. You can setup content, and create custom versions of any HTML or CSS for a design or specific content types directly within the Control Panel. If you want Gutensite's help, or require advanced programming customization, we will do that work as your contractor under our standard Professional Service Agreement and organized in independent Work Statements.

Workflow

• Pre-Quote

  Before you quote a project for your client, make sure you know the technical costs. Walk our developers through your project scope document and we will provide you with a detailed estimate as well as suggestions for minimizing cost by using existing functionality when possible.

• Setup

  Use your agency setup page to instantly clone a new site from one of your master site templates (default content and/or design).
  
  You can immediately begin to add the client’s content, organize their pages, setup navigation structure, add promo modules, etc.

• Build, Integration & Development

  • Customize any existing free templates or install your own HTML & CSS.
  • If you provide Gutensite with the design files, we will create HTML & CSS.
  • If you provide Gutensite with the HTML & CSS, we will integrate the code with our CMS.
  • If you provide Gutensite with a Functionality Scope Document, we will program the custom functionality.

• Approval

  Review the Design and Functionality and request necessary changes.

  Agency's qualify for a 15% discount on our custom work, which you can use to reduce costs for your client's budget or utilize as profit.

• These are industry standard prices for high quality work. We bill hourly for actual work required, so that clients only pay for the work we perform and clients are free to add to the scope of the project if they want (although flat fee is an option). We guarantee our low and high end estimate range for the original scope so clients can be confident their budget will be secure unless they add to the project and require more work.
