We've launched a Community Support Forum for all Gutensiters to talk to one another, ask for help, offer help, share ideas, etc. All our Professional clients have direct access to our dedicated support staff, but Free Lite users, Personal, and Webmaster accounts do not have this dedicated support. So now we're excited that there are more support options for everyone.
HOW TO USE THEM
The Forums are a great way to share knowledge with the whole group, or look for answers to questions that have already been asked. Initially, the Forums are going to be empty, but ask your questions and help us fill up the forums with useful information. Our support staff will monitor the forums and make sure that questions get answered. So for a while, this is a way for everyone to get free support. Eventually, when the forums are more active, we hope that the community will be able to support each other, and that most of the questions people have will already be answered.
ACCESS
Everyone can read and search on the forums, but only valid Gutensite Administrative accounts can post questions. But anyone can create a Gutensite and get an admin account (or if you already have a Gutensite you can create multiple admin accounts for different members of your staff so they can participate on the forums as well). So just go to the forums and when you are ready to post a new thread or reply to an existing thread, click the button and you will be prompted to login if you aren't already signed in.
PROFILE
Your Gutensite Admin account "User Information" page, now has a "Profile" tab, that lets you upload an Avatar/Picture of yourself, and share any public information you want to share, as well as settings for email notifications, etc.
As we get more posts and more feedback, we can add more categories or sub categories as necessary. So go to the Forums and give us your feedback!
